1, CG5 mount head:

Jacek is a new friend in the astronomy interest that we share.

CG5 mount, making a new bushing:

The CG5 mount is a low cost mount and needs some work.

Jacek's comment:
"I set up the top plate of the CG5 mount in the milling machine. I centered on the bolt that sits in the middle so it wouldn't pull sideways. With the deburring tool I milled the inner part. Then I revolved a Teflon ring with a press fit. Pressed it in and turned it out to measure so that the other part has an easy sliding fit."

"Here is the lower part of the mount in place and now without a radial play."
