Introduction:

By accident I destroyed my front turn signal light. When I looking for spare parts for Chrysler Crossfire (Europe edition) I found that they no longer manufactured it, and there where no used to find either. Luckily we have 3D-printers today. I can't design and print a complete turn signal light but I can design an adapter where I can mount a certified LED turn signal.

Turn signal parts:

This is the parts I have designed, it's placed on the left and right fender. One for each side and a lock mechanism.

Left side:

This is the left side adapter.

Right side:

This is the right side.

Too each adapter there is a need of a lock mechanism.

I have repaired my turn signal glass cover and haven't rebuilt it with these adapters yet. The prototypes I have 3D-printed works well, but if you want to test it, start with just one of them. The quality of the surfaces depend very much on the 3D-printer.
