5, Install the new blower:Now it's time to install the new blower. Check that the chamber of the blower is free from dirt, leafs and other things that should not be there. Carefully put in the blower, the fins of the blower is fragile! Check that no wires come in contact with the blower fins or squeeze between the chamber and the lid. Do a test of the new blower, connect the power connector. Connect the battery again. You have later to setup the car alarm again. See here how to do it: ../anti-theft-alarm/anti-theft-alarm.htmlMy radio doesn't have any code that had to be enter. Maybe your radio. Set the ignition key to second stop. Turn on the blower. Check if it blows. If everything worked well you can reinstall the lid to the blower. Disconnect the power cable again. When reinstalling the cover lid, notice the tabs. The tabs shall fit in here at the backside of the blower chamber. When in correct position, tilt the lid upwards. Cover lid correct attached. Lock the white sliders, be aware that the black pin slid in under the slider, not over! See the tip of the arrow. There is another slider at the other side. This is the open position. Locked position. Connect the power cable again. Now I'm maybe a happy owner of a car with a functional heating system. Don't throw away the old blower fan, ten more years and then maybe it's impossible to find a new. Then you need spare parts from the old one. The END
