Angle Calculations:Don't use this one anymore, use the new web calculator:../astronomy-calculations.html 
This transform between degrees, minutes, seconds to degree decimals or radians. You can also go from radians to degrees. Write in your angle in the red fields that you want to transform. If you have your telescope or lens focal length and the camera sensor's pixel size you can calculate the pixels scale. The seeing when is at best about 2", compare with that. Doing visual observations it could be interesting to know the telescope / binocular output pupil, the eye's exit pupil is about 6 mm in dark condition. No value to have a bigger size exit pupil from the telescope or binocular. You also get the f/stop and fov (field of view) seen through the ocular. Compare with Moon's 0.5' (half degree).
