Chrysler Crossfire
Rubber bushings and ball joints

This is one information page of my collection of what I have repaired on my Crossfire.

Note:
You should not do any repair on your car if you don't have enough experience and knowledge! You use this information at your own risk! Don't blame me if something goes wrong.

Content:

If you have a Mercedes SLK R170 with a 320 engine it's almost exact the same.

Note:
You have to work with critical parts when doing work on suspension. Only do this if you have enough knowledge !

Chrysler Crossfire, ball joint

3, Front upper control arms and springs:

I have today take off the front wheels to do some other work. Took some photos to use here. These are complement photos of the upper part of the front suspension.

The upper control arm with its inner bushings.

It looks to be very narrow space here, no idea how to replace this upper A-arm. But that is a problem for the future, there is no need to replace it now.

Stabilizer, spring and gas damper.

Maybe wrong to call this control arm for a A-arm, because the shape is not a 'A' but the function is the same as a A-arm.
