One part of the sky that I don't have a free view to from balcony at home is where the galaxy M86 is.
Out at the nature reservation I have a free view all over the sky.
The galaxy itself it's not big or very special, but it surroundings is full of galaxies.
Perfect for my wide angle setup.

Even when the image is cropped around the M86 galaxy a lot of other galaxies can be seen.
This night was like a little bit of shock to me, everything worked.
Polar align, plate solving, sequencing, meridian flip, calibration, you name it ! |
