1975 years Oldsmobile Cutlass Saloon, Stockholm 1984

When I sold my Corvette I bought a flat for the money and was out of a car for almost two years. But I had a parking lot so of course I must have new car as soon as I have the money, not an expensive one. I found this car 500 meters from where I lived. An Oldsmobile Cutlass Saloon.

It was equipped with an Oldsmobile 350 (5.7 Liter) and 185 hp, the automatic gearbox was a TH350. This 350 engine is not the same as Chevrolet's 350 engine. I had this car between 1983 and 1984. This body was a little bit special with it's V-shaped rear window and heavily sculptured body sides. It was also equipped with Pontiac wheels which was wider than the original ones. I liked this car very much. There where also models with the big 455 engine, but that ones where much more expensive and hard to find.

What I have found this car must have been scrapped before 2005, I don't know why, it was a fine car. Pontiac and Chevrolet has similar bodies, Grand Prix and Monte Carlo.
