Crescent 2000, Skärholmen 1973

This scooter moped had a very special appearance, steering column went straight through the petrol tank, some people called it "the Moon rocket". I don't have any photo of it, but you can see here how it look like:

My Crescent was stripped down and all the not necessary parts removed. The petrol tank was not painted, it was chromed! I got this moped for free from Bosse just before I had my fifteen birthday, what a present!

Crescent was produced by the Swedish company Nymans and this model was manufactured from 1956 to 1964. My moped must have been from 1956 to 1960, because it had pedals, not a kick start. I rebuilt this so even this old moped got a kick start.
